「値段に見合った宿泊施設だったと思います。」
ロケーションがよい。ホテルであるが、もともとワンルームマンションであったものを改造した感じなので、必要なものは全て揃っている感じ。
喫煙部屋ではあったが、部屋にタバコの匂いが充満していた。空気清浄機はあったので我慢できないほどではないが、部屋に入る時は毎回感じていた。8階であったし、部屋ではアルコールを嗜んでいたくらいであったが、ゴキブリが出た。

「価格相応のお宿。安く寝るのとシャワーだけで利用するならアリだと思います。」
エアコンから異音があり、スタッフさんに相談したところ、すぐに別の部屋に変更してくれました。 ワンルームマンションを改装したと思われる作りで、洗濯機が部屋に備え付けであり、助かりました。 水回りやベッドも清潔で快適に過ごせました。 スタッフ常駐ではありませんが、特に気にならなかったです。
喫煙の部屋の予約でしたが、「禁煙の部屋が空いていれば変更したい」と伝えたところ、「本日は満室です」と断られたので、致し方ないと思い部屋に入りましたが、エアコンから「コポコポ」と異音があり、相談したところ、禁煙の別のお部屋に変更できました。 案内できる部屋がない＝満室と表現されたのだと思いますが…嘘をつかれたように感じてしまい、少々残念でした。 はじめのお部屋はテレビ側のデスクがベコベコでした。なんでだろう…とちょっと怖かったです。 洗面台のアメニティのところに、前の方が使ったと思われる開封した歯ブラシが1つありました。とても目立たない場所にあったので気づかなかっただけかと思いますが、気をつけていただきたいです。

The place was much cheaper than others in the area - but definitely better than I expected!
The room was much better than I expected, and it even had a nice and rather large balcony! It's rare for business hotels. Also, had an electric kettle (would be nice to have a teabag or two in the room, though). The only hotel I've seen so far to have single-use (though rather nice) body sponges!
The main problem was very loud noise from the street at night - doors just don't isolate sounds at all. However, was fine since I had my earplugs.
